How much time before election day should you donate to a campaign?
Waiting until the last minute is a waste, because they already purchased their ads..right?
How far ahead of time should you donate for your money to be put to good use?
2 weeks? 1 month? 2 months? 3 months?

I donated months ahead….and donated often.
As soon as you’re ready to, Lois.
start donating right now.
Whenever you like, just keep in mind, Donations to a national party committee are limited to 30,400 per election, and 2,400 to each Candidate (total of 4,800 between primary, and Major election), as well as 10,000 To state, district & local party committees, and 5,000 To any other political committee, for a total of 115,000 overall biennial limit.
Don’t put yourself in the poor house, thinking any candidate will ‘fix things’… the reality is a better return on your direct investment is the PowerBall… and that is not so good.
Depends on how much you are willing to donate. Donate most at about 4 months prior to election day. Then, donate less and less towards election day? I’m no expert but that’s what i would think. They try to conduct big plans farther out when they have more time I’m assuming.
